FUNCTIONS OF THE INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER
1. Management and Information System (MIS) - Handles technology research to include hardware and network facilities, software applications and utilities to include security, administration, firewalls and systems.
2. BuCor Multimedia Production Office (MPO) - Handles digital photo and video coverage, digially produced all the multimedia requirements for the BuCor.
3. Electronic Surveillance Unit (ESU) - Manages, monitors and administers the new IP-based Electronic Surveillance System in three (3) shifts; 24x7x365
4. MESSAGE CENTER - Handles all incoming and outgoing radio communications, email and text messages of the BuCor
5. TELEPHONE EXCHANGE - Provides internal and external station-to-station communications.
6. HELP DESK (Technical Support Services) - Provides technical assistance and services to all divisions and departments
